I use multiple modalities with patients, I have been trained in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused therapy. I focus on individual approaches with clients based on what we decide may work best for them commonly using a combination of multiple approaches.
