I offer training in the following areas:


A state of active, open attention on the present.  When you are mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them as good or bad.  Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to the experience.


Techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity, and forgiveness.  This includes guided meditation and systemic meditation.


A way for you to firmly anchor yourself in the present. Grounding exercises are about using our senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch) to build our mind and body connection in the present.
